Analyze equipment failures, improve product reliability, perform failure investigations, develop preventive maintenance strategies, conduct reliability testing, analyze field performance data, support product development, and reduce maintenance costs.

Daily Responsibilities

Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reliability calculations, reliability testing, monitor equipment performance, analyze maintenance data, prepare reliability reports, recommend design improvements, optimize maintenance schedules, collaborate with design and maintenance teams.
