Quality Control (QC) Engineering focuses on inspecting, testing, measuring, and verifying products and manufacturing processes to ensure they meet engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards before reaching customers.

What They Do

Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products; perform dimensional inspections; identify defects; monitor production quality; approve or reject products; maintain inspection records; and support corrective actions.

Daily Responsibilities

Incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, final product inspection, dimensional measurement, calibration verification, non-conformance reporting (NCR), defect analysis, inspection documentation, coordinating with production teams, customer inspection support.
