What They Do

Manage facility operations, supervise utility systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, optimize energy usage, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendors, oversee building infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and support facility expansion projects.

Daily Responsibilities

Monitor HVAC systems, supervise utility maintenance, inspect building infrastructure, manage contractors, prepare maintenance schedules, coordinate facility shutdowns, monitor energy consumption, ensure fire and safety compliance, prepare facility reports, respond to emergency breakdowns, support audits.
