MRO Engineers manage maintenance programs, analyze aircraft reliability, improve maintenance processes, coordinate heavy checks, and support airline fleet operations.

What They Do

Develop maintenance plans, optimize aircraft maintenance schedules, analyze reliability data, manage aircraft overhaul activities, coordinate repair operations, support aircraft modifications, improve maintenance efficiency, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.

Daily Responsibilities

Prepare maintenance schedules, analyze aircraft reliability reports, coordinate aircraft checks (A, B, C, D checks), monitor maintenance performance, review engineering orders, manage component repairs, analyze recurring failures, support aircraft modifications, maintain technical records, coordinate with airlines, OEMs, and regulatory authorities.
