Quality Engineers prevent defects, improve manufacturing processes, perform inspections, manage supplier quality, and ensure aerospace products meet regulatory and customer requirements.

What They Do

Develop quality control processes, inspect aerospace components, analyze manufacturing defects, implement corrective actions, manage supplier quality, support certification activities, improve production processes, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Daily Responsibilities

Perform dimensional inspections, review engineering drawings, analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, prepare quality reports, perform process audits, monitor manufacturing quality, support first article inspections, manage non-conformance reports, verify supplier performance, coordinate with manufacturing and design teams.
